Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST are typically dispatched the same or next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (new Pokemon set releases, sales events), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all Australian orders over $100. This applies to standard shipping only — express upgrades are available at checkout for an additional fee. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Shipping Cost Factors
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Delivery address and distance
- Weight and dimensions of the package
- Selected shipping method
The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. You can also check your order status by logging into your account and visiting your order history.
Delivery Details
We ship via Australia Post and selected courier services. Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- A signature may be required for high-value orders (over $200)
- If you are not home, a collection card may be left for pickup from your local post office
- While we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect address details, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected
Remote & Regional Areas
Deliveries to remote or regional areas may take longer and may incur an additional surcharge. If a surcharge applies, we will contact you before dispatching your order. You may cancel for a full refund if you do not wish to proceed.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost and are beyond our control.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed:
- Check your tracking information for the latest status update
- Allow an extra 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery window
- Contact us at Bribie@WhosOnFirst.com.au with your order number and tracking details
- We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue
If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please bring photo ID and your order confirmation. Orders not collected within 7 days may be refunded.
